THE ROLE


​We are recruiting for an Electrical Stock Controller aid in the day-to-day running of our busy Electrical department. Supporting a range of exciting projects – both new and exciting, the Electrical Stock Controller will directly work alongside our Electrical Supervisor and ensure the smooth running of operations within the department.


​The role can be filled on a full or part time basis and a flexible approach to hours can be considered for the right candidate.  


​​​The role responsibilities include:



  • Organisation of all electrical components.




  • Stock control/monitoring.




  • Picking harness/ sensor kits for internal and external use.




  • Booking parts out to jobs.




  • Creating orders for purchasing.




  • Communicating with our Goods In/Out.



 


​WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR


​We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.


​You should be well-mannered with good people skills and be able to work successfully under your own initiative as well as forming part of a productive team.


​You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be confident on the telephone with good communication skills.


​You should be highly motivated and capable of delivering high standards whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.


​You should also have good computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as confident learning and using new computerised stock control systems.


Previous experience in a similar environment and a familiarity with invoicing and stock control would be beneficial, but not essential.
