We are seeking an experienced

Supervisor to oversee electrical projects and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of electrical systems and installations. Electrical Background Needed Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support throughout projects. Plan and schedule work assignments to ensure timely completion of electrical installations and repairs. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within larger projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and reports on project status. Troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise, providing effective solutions to maintain project timelines. Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the electrical industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and installation techniques. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
