Electrical Supervisor - Social Housing R&M Contracts

Salary: £45-48k including van and large organisation benefits package

This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role to manage a team of around 20 electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will include: Training new staff Providing technical support to experienced electricians Building relationships with the team and clients on an ongoing daily basis Regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure compliance with all respective rules for continued enrolment
Qualifications Required: 18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent; ideally a current or previous testing qualification.
Benefits Include: Long service awards; continuous service at key achievements are rewarded. Annual holiday; increase after 1 year's service to a maximum of 5 days. Many other benefits and training options as you would expect from a large organisation.
