We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting residential project on an 18-month contract. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the electrical installation, maintenance, and safety for a large-scale residential development. Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of electrical installations in compliance with safety standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems within the residential units. Coordinate with other project supervisors to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with other construction activities. Monitor project progress and ensure electrical work is completed within project timelines and budget. Conduct regular safety inspections, ensuring that all work complies with local electrical codes and regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior electricians, offering guidance and ensuring best practices are followed. Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and offer technical expertise to resolve any problems. Ensure all documentation related to electrical work is accurate and up to date. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably on residential projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Relevant certifications and qualifications (e.g., Electrical Engineering degree, Master Electrician, or Journeyman Electrician).
