Interpret and work from electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Provide guidance and training to team members on technical skills and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they arise. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical principles. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics accurately. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Proficient in project management techniques with a focus on timely delivery and quality outcomes. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
