Job Opportunity: Electrical Supervisor Location: Nottingham Salary: £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday - 40 hours Vehicle provided - Fully managed 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days per year Plus additional day off for your birthday Private Healthcare Access to wellbeing programmes Company discounts Job Purpose: Working for a leading Facilities Management company, you will be based across large Education facilities in Nottingham. Supervise a mobile engineering team completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on Mechanical and Electrical services. Oversee a team of multi-skilled engineers and technicians. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of multi-skilled Hard Services engineers and technicians. Oversee and carry out PPM, reactive maintenance, and emergency works in line with contract requirements. Occasionally support project works and minor turnkey projects. Provide detailed reports for remedial works and lifecycle conditions. Ensure accurate and timely submission of service reports and timesheets. Act as a key point of contact for Facilities Maintenance clients. Maintain high levels of technical support and effective client communication. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards and industry regulations. Supervise response to reactive maintenance and Helpdesk requests. Coordinate with specialist sub-contractors. Support Estimators with quotations for remedial and extra works. Ensure team training and competency remain current. Manage the on-call rota and cover emergencies related to mechanical and electrical services. Attend meetings and provide a technical interface with the site manager. Manage resources, including consumables, equipment, and fleet. Person Specification: Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Electronic Installations City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing Completed Modern Apprenticeship or equivalent Experience as a Low Voltage Appointed Person Basic mechanical systems knowledge Supervisory experience Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience in producing minor works and repair quotations Excellent customer service and communication skills Apply today by sending your CV to (url removed)
