Electrical Supervisor
with
SMSTS
certification to join our team on a
Water and Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW)
project in Oswestry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage electrical work on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox talks to uphold site safety standards. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met. Requirements: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally on WWTW or similar infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and site management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
