The company, with a turnover of £90 million and a team of around 350 staff, specialises in residential, commercial, and life sciences sectors.

This is a unique chance to join a newly established division and play a key role in its growth, working alongside a Mechanical team in a collaborative, dynamic environment. As the Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation work on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing a team of electricians to deliver quality work within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage electrical installation works on a commercial fit-out project in Oxford.

* Ensure work is completed in line with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.

* Work closely with the Mechanical team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and progress.

* Oversee and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained.

* Support the project management team with daily operations, scheduling, and resource planning.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally with experience on commercial fit-out projects.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

* Good understanding of electrical regulations, health and safety standards, and site management.

* Experience working within M&E, ideally with exposure to the residential, commercial, or life sciences sectors.

* Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with other trades, particularly Mechanical.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to contribute to the growth of the new division
