We are seeking to hire an Electrical Supervisor as part of the Estates Reactive Maintenance team, working autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for all University buildings. The postholder will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, compliant with university procedures and statutory legislation, and supervise staff/contractors ensuring effective and efficient use of resources and budgets for the completion of reactive and maintenance works. The electrical supervisor will take part in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota and will attend to any such relevant emergency calls should the need arise.
