MCG are looking for an

Electrical Supervisor

to join one of our leading clients in Solar. You will supervise on a solar panel site ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in a timely fashion. Key Responsibilities: As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our solar farm construction operations. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site Overseeing daily work activities Managing multiple subcontractors effectively Reviewing and optimizing work schedules Scheduling and maintaining site offices Upholding project availability standards Providing training and ensuring the safety of technicians Effective communication with the management team Qualifications and Skills: Essential: Previous experience in civils or solar Electrical trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ) Supervisory experience Familiarity with Cat & Genny equipment Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office SMSTS or SSSTS certification If you are interested, please send over your CV or contact our office and ask for Amy.
