Responsibilities: Manage and develop Electrical Engineers performing PPM and Reactionary Maintenance tasks. Communicate and influence others at various levels, both internally and with external contractors and stakeholders. Oversee staff development, absence management, interviewing, and hiring decisions alongside the Site Manager.

Minimum Requirements: C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualifications. A certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements For Electrical Installations, 18th Edition. A minimum of 5 years experience working in a role as an electrician, preferably within a healthcare, education, military, or commercial environment. Ability to approach challenges in a calm manner with a positive attitude. Availability to work Monday to Friday for 39 hours per week, with the view to joining the on-call rota after the induction period.
