​THE ROLE


​Due to growing demand and expansion of our current programmes, we’re looking to appoint an Electrical Technician to strengthen our busy Electrical Department. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of high-performance wiring harnesses and electrical components, our Electrical Technicians develop skills across a range of competition vehicles with the potential for international travel as part of a winning team.    


​​​The role responsibilities include:



  • Working with our team of Electrical Technicians in the manufacture and repair of wiring harnesses and sensors using high specification wire and connectors.




  • Working alongside our Electrical Supervisor and Engineering team on technical issues identified and suggestions for improvement.




  • Building wiring harnesses from technical drawings.




  • Understanding assembly drawings and operate in line with our quality controls standards.




​WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR


​We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.


​You should have previous experience in building wiring harness looms from engineering drawings and be skilled in all elements of electrical assembly including crimping and soldering.

​You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.


​You should have excellent communication, and a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions with an analytical approach.


​The ideal candidate should have previous experience within motorsport.
