ASAP What You'll Do: Provide quality control for electrical installations, servicing, and replacements across council properties. Ensure compliance with legislation, British Standards, and council policies. Conduct site inspections, monitor contractor performance, and maintain accurate compliance records. Assist in the development of asset management and compliance systems. Support the planning and delivery of capital and maintenance programs. What You'll Bring: Technical expertise in domestic and commercial electrical systems. Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Maintenance or similar, plus 18th Edition C&G 2382 certification. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, testing, and inspection (C&G 2394 desirable). Experience supervising contractors and managing property compliance data. Competence in IT systems, particularly Excel, and the ability to interpret complex data.
