The field engineers are allocated a task from head office and are given all of the job details; they are then expected to ensure that they are properly prepared for the visit. A high degree of flexibility is required to enable our client to keep pace with the ever-changing demands of our customer base. We cannot stress enough that this is not a 9 to 5 job and requires a person who can cope with sudden changes of routine and who must occasionally be prepared to work away at short notice.
