Our client specializes in the design, support, and manufacturing of rotating electrical machines and associated equipment. They're looking for an Electrical Winder with a strong background within a similar environment. They're an expanding company with plenty of work coming their way.

Role & Responsibilities: Coil installation, connecting, testing, and maintaining AC and DC rotating machines, including stators, rotors, armatures, and exciters Ideally 80:20 electrical biased Winding and testing electrical rotating equipment Coil production, installation, and connection (3-phase stators, 2-pole rotors, exciters, armatures, DC rotors) Using tools, equipment, and materials for insulation and connections Diagnosing faults and conducting in-stage electrical tests Adhering to safety and quality standards (ISO 9001) Occasional travel to customer sites - Paid mileage Stand alone role reporting to the Workshop Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experienced with motors and generators NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings
