Electrically Biased Multi Skilled Engineer (Double Days)
Provide Engineering support to Production to ensure efficient performance on all equipment whilst ensuring that all H&S procedures, and engineering best practice is adhered to at all times. Hours : Monday to Friday (40 hours) Rotating: Week 1 (0600 - 1400) Week 2 (1400 - 2200) Plus Saturday working on Overtime (time and one half). Flexible approach to working hours required. Role Summary: Provide Engineering support to Production to ensure efficient performance on all equipment whilst ensuring that all H&S procedures, and engineering best practice is adhered to at all times. Responsibilities: Accurate & timely records are entered and recorded on all work carried out, root causes of failures and of spares/consumables used. Carry out routine maintenance and planned preventative maintenance. Attend and resolve breakdowns in a timely manner. Promote and complete CI work to reduce costs and increase efficiencies. Required Skills & Experience: Times served apprenticeship or equivalent Recognised Engineering qualification Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Flexible working attitude Competent electrical / fault finding & analysis skills Methodical & strong attention to detail Benefits: Competitive Salary & Overtime Rate Death in service Group Pension (including employer contributions) First class training, fast moving environment & excellent prospects
