What You’ll Be Doing: Safely delivering electrical installation work while protecting people, property, and the environment. Collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to ensure efficient task completion. Following company standards and procedures to deliver high-quality results. Carrying out welding and repairs using correct techniques and materials. Operating machinery and cranes (if qualified) safely and responsibly. Inspecting tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure safety and reliability. Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area. Conducting first-line inspections and ensuring the accuracy of your work. Supporting risk assessments, safety checks, and investigations when required. Using equipment and safety devices responsibly, following training. Balancing productivity with a cost-conscious mindset. What We’re Looking For: Must Have: Relevant trade qualification (SVQ/NVQ in Electrical or equivalent). Experience in a similar role. Fluency in English. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Nice to Have: CompEX EX01–EX04 certification. A clean UK driving licence.
