We are currently looking for a skilled Electrician with a commercial background to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on various commercial sites. You will be responsible for ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with industry regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, excellent technical skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial projects including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards. Work closely with project managers and supervisors to meet deadlines and achieve project milestones. Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of electrical systems as required. Provide technical support and advice to clients and colleagues. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults and issues. Ensure all work is documented accurately, including timesheets and materials used. Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a high standard of site safety. Work as part of a team, collaborating with other trades on site.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Gold ECS card. Previous experience as an Electrician with a focus on commercial electrical installations. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential). City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent qualification (desirable). Strong knowledge of electrical systems and fault-finding techniques. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Good communication and organizational skills. Full UK driving license. Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
