The role is based in the Bridlington area and offers a great Monday - Friday days shift pattern with flex on start and finish times and an early finish on a Friday

The Role As a Manufacturing Electrician, you’ll play a key role in the production process, handling a variety of electrical tasks to ensure equipment and systems are built to specification. Key responsibilities include:

Wiring and assembling electrical panels, backplates, and cables Interpreting and working from detailed electrical drawings Troubleshooting and resolving design and wiring issues Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the department This is a role where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be highly valued, as you’ll work closely with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency at every stage.

What You’ll Need We’re looking for an Electrician who is confident, skilled, and committed to delivering the highest standards of work. To succeed, you’ll need:

A recognised Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in electrical work Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting The ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure Strong communication and organisational skills Whether you’re building panels or identifying improvements in the process, your input will directly contribute to the success of the wider team.
