At Skilled Careers, we are currently recruiting for several Electricians for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renowned housing association based in the Bromley area.
There are several positions available, with interviews to take place this week!
As an Electrician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
We are looking for a confident Electrician with previous experience in social housing or domestic maintenance.

full UK Driving Licence
is required for this role. Salary:
£24 per hour (with van and fuel card) - paid weekly via CIS. Location:
