Electrician – (Compliance Testing)

Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for safety and quality? We're looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. About the Role As a key member of our Compliance Electrical Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties. Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other duties as required by the business. Delivering a first-time fix service, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents and providing outstanding customer care. What We're Looking For We value diverse experiences and skills. Key qualifications include: Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires. Relevant certifications: City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th or 18th Edition qualification. A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety. Effective communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
