We are looking for an
Electrician
based in and around the Borough of Croydon. Temp to permanent (£24 per hour - £52k per year)Croydon 42.5
hour week Responsibilities for the Electrician role: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Qualifications for the Electrician role: NVQ level 3 18th Edition 2391 - Test and Inspection (preferred) Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
