Installations London Up to £44k We are seeking an Electrician, responsible for completing remedial installation works arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Your tasks will primarily involve replacing CCUs/distribution boards, performing partial or full domestic rewires, and fault rectification. The work will be mainly in a domestic setting for social housing associations and local authorities, with occasional tasks in small commercial properties. Key Responsibilities for Electrician

Perform electrical installation & maintenance works. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of electrical systems and accurately identify/report faults. Interpret electrical and site drawings as needed. Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations and other relevant standards. Accurately complete job sheets and certification using mobile applications (e.g., Oneserve, Easy Cert). Communicate effectively with residents and clients, delivering exceptional customer service. Adhere to all company policies and support business changes for the company's benefit. Undertake training provided by the company and perform any ad-hoc duties as reasonably instructed. Skills & Experience required for Electrician

Extensive knowledge of the electrical industry and hands-on experience in electrical installation. Basic understanding of testing and inspection procedures. Proficiency in fault-finding diagnostics and completion of electrical certification. Experience using mobile devices for electronic job sheets. Ability to work within a team and possess good practical skills. Strong communication and administrative abilities. Positive attitude and excellent timekeeping. Qualifications required for Electrician

City and Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent. City and Guilds 2382-18 – BS7671 18th Edition Update. City and Guilds 2391-51 or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Full UK driving license.
