Full-Time About the Role: We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider in the domestic electrical sector, for a skilled and qualified Electrician. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), performing remedial works, upgrading smoke alarms, and undertaking small electrical repairs. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in domestic housing, particularly with housing associations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct EICRs to ensure electrical safety and compliance with regulations. Carry out remedial work based on inspection findings. Upgrade and install smoke alarm systems as required. Complete minor electrical repairs and maintenance tasks. Ensure all work adheres to current health and safety standards and regulations. Accurately document and report completed tasks. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent). 2391 (or equivalent) qualification for inspection and testing. Experience working in domestic properties, ideally within housing associations. Strong knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations. Excellent troubleshooting and time-management skills.
