Electrical Technician

to join our

Kitchen & Bathroom Team

at Paradigm Housing Group. In this role, you will carry out electrical works in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of safety and functionality. The Role:

As an Electrical Technician, your main responsibilities will include: Carrying out electrical installations, including marking out, coring holes for fans, and installing sockets, smoke, and heat alarms. Wiring ring and radial circuits, consumer unit changes, and lighting installations. Completing second fixing of sockets and accessories. Testing, certification, and fault-finding. Removing old circuits and wiring bathroom fans. Working on full kitchen rewires and related small building works, such as chasing out walls and making good after installation. Collaborating with team members to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. What We’re Looking For:

We need a self-motivated, highly skilled individual with: Extensive experience in domestic electrical installations, service, repairs, and rewires. City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 17th or 18th Edition certification. A sound knowledge of relevant legislation, building regulations, and health and safety practices. The ability to make well-informed decisions, work independently, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
