W8 6PW Role Overview: To carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to complete rewiring of properties and other major refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other Council-owned premises by best trade practice and current standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: To undertake all aspects of electrical repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals and rewiring of occupied and void properties. To identify and diagnose the causes of electrical faults to identify the most appropriate solution to be applied, ensuring the most cost-effective solution is applied under the circumstances. Ensure all work is in compliance with current electrical regulations and standards, maintaining the safety of residents at all times. To complete all repairs
