Electrician (Domestic) Location:

Liverpool Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance within domestic properties managed by social housing associations. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize disruption to residents. Collaborate with housing association staff and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Comply with all health and safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing residents concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including job sheets, inspection reports, and certification. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrician, focusing on domestic installations and repairs. Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations). Strong knowledge of domestic electrical systems and wiring regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, residents, and colleagues. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Liverpool area.
