Adept are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our clients expanding team in Lincolnshire.
A company based in rural Lincolnshire, specialising in energy-efficient commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions. Our client's dedicated team supports businesses across the UK, helping them reduce their carbon footprint and lower energy and lighting costs.
Role Overview: Travel across the UK to install industrial and commercial lighting systems for high-profile clients. Manage assigned projects, oversee communications between the company and clients, and coordinate daily tasks and team responsibilities. Regularly update the Operations Director on project progress, and seek guidance or support when necessary to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Be self-motivated and capable of leading and coaching team members. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday working hours. Willingness to commute to the Lincolnshire area on Mondays and Fridays. Required Qualifications & Skills: At least 1 year of experience as a qualified electrician (preferred). Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Systems or an equivalent qualification. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. 2391 Test and Inspect qualification (preferred but not essential). Additional certifications such as ECS, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, and other relevant training are a plus. Willingness to travel and work across the UK.
