urgently required to work with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive based in Cloughfern Avenue, Newtownabbey. The post holder will be responsible for working on the refurbishment and electrical maintenance of Housing Executive properties. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm with an hourly rate of
£14.17 . Initially, this position is on a temporary basis for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance. The main duties include installing and maintaining electrical systems, equipment and fixtures, repairing and replacing electrical wires, testing electrical systems and identifying issues, responding to emergency calls for maintenance repairs and adhering to health and safety regulations. Completed an Electrical apprenticeship and have one to three years’ experience as an electrician Level 3 Certificate in the requirements of Electrical installation to C&G Currently registered on Spark-safe programme Full, clean driving licence Willing to undergo an Access NI police check What We Will Offer You
