Skills and requirements

• We’re seeking skilled and reliable Electricians with experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (, 2391/2394/2395).
• A full UK manual driving licence.

Confirmed role details

• £40,762 basic salary.
• Performance bonus up to £5,000 per year.
• Up to 8% pension contributions.
• 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 with service (plus option to buy 5 extra days).

Candidate fit

• Electrical safety, technical judgement, compliance awareness, and careful workmanship.

Additional role context

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent.
• 18th Edition (BS 7671).
