Panel Wirer Location: Newcastle Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Job Type: Full-time We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Panel Wireman to join our client's expanding team, specialising in designing and manufacturing electrical distribution panels and associated devices for the street lighting industry. With their recent expansion into the Electric Vehicle Charging market, they are experiencing an increase in workload and require additional skilled team members in our production facility. Day-to-day of the role:

Fit and install electrical components and wiring based on schematic drawings and technical documents. Assemble power distribution units using hand tools and power tools. Conduct elements of panel testing to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Work on both high and low volume wiring assemblies, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Engage in fault finding and repair activities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential experience working with Single and Three Phase electrical systems. Highly desirable experience with busbar assemblies and previous panel wiring. Previous electrical testing experience is highly desirable. Holding the 18th Edition certification is highly desirable. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding electrical drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work according to schematic drawings. Excellent communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English. Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities. Creative problem-solving aptitude. Benefits:
