Electrician to work on social housing stock carrying out maintenance and repairs.

Client Details Leading provider of planned and responsive social housing maintenance services.

Description Carry out the electrical installation Condition Report as well as additional tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner.

Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities will include: Undertaking repair/renewal works within your Electrician's remit. Working with associated trades. Carrying out electrical installation condition reports. Ensuring maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards. Communicating effectively with residents, scheduler, and line manager. Providing a high level of customer service.

Profile Previous experience working on social housing maintenance and repairs contracts is required. You must have relevant electrical qualifications inclusive of; 18th Edition, Level 3, and 2391 testing & inspection (or equivalent). You must have a full UK driving license.

Job Offer £38k per annum. Van & fuel card.
