We are looking for an Approved Electrician to join us to support clients across Cornwall, using your high standards to deliver quality results. If you are a friendly, high performing and motivated individual who takes pride in your profession, you will be the ideal person to join the team on a full-time basis.

Typical work will include installs, refurbishments, alterations, and planned/reactive maintenance. Typical clients include Local Authority, Hospitals, Housing Associations, Schools, Police, and Colleges together with private and commercial customers.

Essentials:

Full clean driving licence

Qualified to 18th Edition standard

Experience in filling out certification

Current in date ECS Card

C&G 2391 Test and Inspection (or 2394/2395)

Organised and pro-active with good time-keeping skills and ability to plan your own workload and work unsupervised at a good pace

A positive, friendly, can-do attitude with great customer service skills

Enthusiastic about training and working with Apprentices (and ideally experience)

Ability to use your own initiative to solve problems

Own hand tools

Experience with the installation/maintenance of renewable technologies e.g., solar PV, heat pumps, EV chargers

Experience with managing and working with small teams

Experience with surveying and pricing work

Be familiar with using online certification software

PASMA (desirable)

IPAF (desirable)

SMSTS/SSSTS (desirable)
