The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of electrical maintenance tasks across a diverse estate. This role involves managing both routine and complex installations, repairs, and compliance checks, ensuring all facilities maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
The person: Holds a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or Maintenance. Demonstrates comprehensive experience in electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance adherence. Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ready to participate in an on-call rotation to support the estate's operational needs.
