NEW MOBILISATION
We are looking for a number of Qualified and Experienced Electricians, with some Social Housing knowledge, to join a large maintenance contractor who has been awarded a brand new 6-year contract to deliver all the day-to-day maintenance work for a large Housing Association in the Southampton and surrounding areas.
The contract kicks off in January 2025, and we are looking to get prospective candidates vetted and interviewed ASAP, with a view of starting in January.
These roles will predominantly involve working inside domestic properties, carrying out general day-to-day maintenance work. You will be supplied with a company van, fuel card, and PDA.
You will be hired initially on a temp to perm basis, with an hourly rate of somewhere between £18 to £19 p/h depending on skill set and experience.
The ideal candidate will have Social Housing experience and live in and around Yeovil or the surrounding areas.
