Applicants should be qualified, skilled, and experienced in the following roles: Industrial Electricians/Fitters:
Working on shutdown work or installation of electrical systems, including production machinery and plant. Responsibilities include removing wiring and panels, electrical disconnections of machinery, fitting cable trays, and wiring. Electrical & Mechanical Fitters:
Working on planned or shutdown removal work or maintenance work on electrical and mechanical systems on machinery and plant. Responsibilities include removing parts and systems, completing checks, and reinstating systems as planned. Electrical Technicians & Fitters:
Responsible for maintenance and installation of production machinery and plant, fitting cable trays, and wiring. Ideally, candidates should hold the 17th or 18th Edition qualifications. Mechanical Engineers/Technicians/Fitters:
Working on the maintenance or installation of production machinery and plant, fitting mechanical systems such as gearboxes, shafts, and conveyors. Qualifications Required: C&G or NVQ in Electrical Engineering with 18th Edition Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical/Pipe Fitting or Welding Skill Cards:
Ideally CSCS or ECS Card, IPAF Card, etc. Working Hours:
0730 to 1600 Days + Overtime (often until 1700 or 1800 Mon to Fri) or 0600 to 1400 or 1400 to 2200 Mon to Fri + Overtime. Pay Structure: Skilled Pay:
£25 to £28 per hour Mon to Fri & £30 to £35 per hour on weekends, depending on skills and experience. Permanent Pay:
£38,000 to £42,000 per annum, OTE £43,000 to £50,000 depending on role and shift pattern. Semi-Skilled & Mate Pay:
