Electricity Data Manager

who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”. Key Responsibilities

Supporting the development of the Electricity Data management team in terms of collaboratively developing training plans and competence of associated systems. Ensuring all internal procedures are adhered to and are in line with correct working practices, legislation, industry requirements, the company health & safety policy & core values. Ensuring adherence with Guaranteed Standards of Performance requirements and external OFGEM mandatory reporting. Maintaining & developing relationships with external stakeholders. Assisting all BUUK Departmental Managers in development of greater efficiency within the Company to promote continuous improvement. Positively promote the customer experience (i.e., Right first time) by ensuring Data management team monitor discrepancies and maintain accurate records to ensure financial revenue is not impacted. About You

ILM Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Leadership and Management. Experience in managing or leading a team. Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Experienced in the regulatory and industry requirements in relation to new and existing electrical connections, policies, standards, system operations. Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent (Word, Outlook, Excel). What Can You Expect From Us
