About the Role:
As a Electro-Mechanical Fitter, you’ll work with experienced professionals, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, contributing to equipment assembly, and conducting proactive and preventative maintenance.
This role is ideal for someone with an enquiring mind, who can work with a technical focus on electro-mechanical systems in a mechanical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply technical skills to identify and rectify mechanical and electro-mechanical faults
• Engage in preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Support equipment assembly with an attention to detail and mechanical focus
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards
• Uphold health, safety, and GMP compliance
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Electro-mechanical expertise with a strong mechanical bias
• Experience in electrical, automotive, industrial maintenance, power generation, production line, or a similar technical setting
• Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive mindset, ready to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
