Are you an Electronic Components Engineer with a HNC in Electronics or similar and experience in soldering that wants a stable role in a rapidly growing industry to join a cutting edge company for DC Powered Charging?

On offer is an Electronics Components Engineer role for a well-established company increasing their market into the EV and DC charger, commissioning, repair and maintenance services. This company provides technical support and resources both commercially and residentially throughout the UK and offers consistent and stable work due to their continuous growth as they look to invest in the future.

In the role you will become a member of a growing team of Workshop Electronics Engineers based out of the Knaresborough workshop. This role offers 1 to 1 training with an Engineer on their wide variety of products and equipment.

This role would suit an Electronics Components Engineer with a HNC in Electronic Engineering and experience with hand soldering and reworking small components who wants the opportunity to work with cutting edge EV Charging technology whilst enhancing your skills with extensive 1 to 1 training allowing you the opportunity to progress.

The Role

Repairing AC-DC power supplies for the highway agencies, EV Chargers down to their individual components. Take on 1 on 1 training from industry professionals. Run basic tests and measurements using Avometers, Oscilloscopes and DVMs.

The Person HNC in Electronic Engineering or similar experience. Competent with soldering even for small SMD components. Basic knowledge of analogue electronics. Local to Knaresborough.
