Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in power electronics hardware design within automotive, industrial, motorsport, electrification, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of power electronics topologies including three-phase inverter bridges, resonant converters, bidirectional DC-DC converters, and PFC circuits.
• Knowledge of design methodologies such as FMEA, derating, tolerance analysis, DFM, DFA, DFT.
• Experience supporting products through prototype, pilot build, validation, and production release phases.
