We are a market-leading engineering company in the defence industry, seeking an exceptional Electronic Hardware Team Leader to join our team in the Camberley area. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong leadership capabilities to make a significant impact within our organisation.

As the Electronic Hardware Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Overseeing electronic engineering activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects. Engaging in hands-on engineering tasks, applying your expertise in digital electronics and competence in analogue electronics. Ensuring design principles meet EN60945 and other relevant standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes within the manufacturing facility. Supporting team development through training and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a manufacturing facility, with a strong background in electronic engineering. Expertise in digital electronics and competence in analogue electronics. Understanding of design principles to meet EN60945 and other relevant standards. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality.
