Test Manager ETL Systems Ltd: ETL Systems has been at the forefront of RF design and manufacturing for over 35 years. Role Overview: The Electronic Repair Engineer is responsible for fault investigation and diagnostics on analogue and digital circuits. Working within the Diagnostics Department, you will be comfortable reading electronic schematics, fault-finding to component level and have demonstrable expertise in the use of test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes. The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience working with RF circuits (UHF – Ka Band) and be familiar with Spectrum and Vector Network Analysers. The candidate will have excellent practical skills and the ability to fault find to component level. Key Accountabilities: Fault find to component level in analogue and digital circuits Provide specialised technical assistance to the Production Test department Support Production Testing team as required Desired Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Degree in Electronics field or commensurate experience in a similar industry. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effective diagnostic procedures. RF Test and measurement. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
