The Job As Electronic Engineer, you will work with the Senior Electronic Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineers on multiple design for manufacture projects. Responsibilities: Design new and modify existing products from initial specifications through testing and certification to production. Involvement with Prototyping and Breadboarding. PCB layout design using Altium. Design for CE marking, EMC and Low Voltage Directive (training provided). Test and validation internally and with third-party approval bodies. About You As Electronics Design Engineer, you should have a good mix of the following skills and experience: HNC/HND/Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Proficiency in analogue and digital circuit design using Altium or similar software for schematic capture and layout. Ability to benchmark / reverse engineer and analyse circuits. Desirable / Not Essential Understanding of hazardous location electronics. Knowledge of intrinsic safety and limited energy circuits. Design experience with wide temperature range products.
