Senior Electronics Engineer
- Custom power supply design and development. Our client's business unit is a leading manufacturer and developer of custom power supply solutions, encompassing a wide range of applications covering AC/DC, DC/DC, and TRs, in addition to other related products. The role is responsible for project scoping, applications specification, design, testing, and design for manufacture. This role will play a pivotal part in the organisation going forward and reports to the Technical Director. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engineering, dedicated to personal learning and development, a technical engineer, and an avid team player. They should be able to work with customers and colleagues alike, preferably with the potential to mentor and develop junior engineers. Specialisms sought include power supply design, PCB design, knowledge of analogue electronics, and experience with design and simulation tools such as SPICE and CAD. The company has a clear development plan for the person coming into this role, which will be explained during the interview.
