Summary of the Electronics Design Engineering role:
The Electronics Design Engineer will take a pivotal role in the company engaging responsibility for full product design lifecycle development across Electronics Hardware Design & PCB Design.
Electronics Design Engineer Key Skills: Minimum of 2-5 years industry professional experience Electronics Circuit Design (analogue & digital) PCB Design & Schematic Capture ECAD Packages – Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD or similar PCB Software Network interfaces – SPI, I2C, USB, UART, CAN, RS232/485, Bluetooth, WI-FI, Zigbee, Lora, RF, Cellular Experience of microcontrollers – STM32, Microchip PIC, ARM etc Embedded C – Bonus but not essential Knowledge & experience of DFM, DFC, DFT, EMC testing Circuit simulations tools – LTSpice, SIMetrix or similar Practical skills - prototype (circuit) design, build, testing, debugging, soldering, system fault finding Good teamwork and communication skills
