Work with customers and in-house departments to establish/review electronics. Work with circuit designs and PCB layouts. Commissioning PCBs - microcontrollers. Specify/develop test set infrastructure, including safety circuits and operator interfaces. Commission and integrate electronic test equipment within the company. Production of electronic requirements, design and test specification documents. Electronics Engineer Job Requirements

Degree or relevant qualifications in electronics or a related field of study. Experience of digital circuit design - microcontrollers. Ideally Microchip PIC 8, 16, 32-bit. Familiarity with analogue circuit design. Experience with PCB layout. Knowledge of communications buses. Some embedded programming experience for circuit prototyping and integration. Ideal experience would also include power electronics, high voltage circuits, and FPGA design. Based within a commutable distance of Cheltenham/Gloucester. Electronics Engineer Salary & Benefits

Salary - £38,000 to £40,000 - dependent upon experience, skill, and qualifications. Monday to Friday - full-time position. 22 days holiday (rising to 25 days in line with length of service) plus bank holidays. Company pension scheme. Private medical or medical cash plan.
