Responsibilities Support the manufacturing of electrical components and assemblies by providing technical expertise. Support RF testing and validation to ensure design and component performance meet specifications Perform electrical diagnostics, PCB fault finding, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues effectively. Analyse new and existing designs to ensure Design for Manufacture (DFM) criteria are met. Assess component life cycles and mitigate risks associated with obsolescence or reliability. Experience Experience in a manufacturing, production engineering, or technical role, ideally with RF, electronics or similar experience. Experience with engineering projects and delivering successful productivity improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience with RF systems, analogue & digital circuits, antennas, and electronics manufacturing processes would be advantageous. Proficiency in PCB design, assembly processes, and fault finding/troubleshooting.
