To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for an Electronics Repair Engineer based at our offices in Slough. Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Electronics Repair Engineer within our Electronics repair team to perform repairs, maintenance and servicing on KARL STORZ devices and products whilst adhering to KARL STORZ service guidelines. Your responsibilities will include: To maintain, repair and service KARL STORZ devices and associated products in the Electronics Repair Facility and maintain the organisation of the department. Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance as per KARL STORZ service manuals, procedures and work instructions. Perform repairs and rectification work as per KARL STORZ service manuals, procedures and work instructions to ensure equipment is functioning to specification whilst adhering to any specific Service Level Agreements. Create Service/repair reports in our in-house systems. Increase and maintain knowledge on new products and devices in terms of functionality, repair, implementation and utilisation. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in Electronics Engineering specifically in Repairing electronic devices and products. A qualification in Electronics Engineering. Background of operating in an engineering service role with a knowledge of connectivity and networking of PC based systems. Proficient level of computer literacy. Exposure and experience of operating in an ISO13485 and 9001 regulated environment would be a distinct advantage.
