Experience in Personal Injury & Worker's Compensation Extensive experience within case management with a strong understanding of Victorian legislation are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of the WIRC Act 2013 and associated Worksafe policies and guidelines pertaining to initial entitlement determinations Strong customer service attributes incorporating excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of Worksafe operating models and IT systems What's on offer
