Job Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of Employer Liability and Public Liability claims from inception to settlement. Handle both pre-litigated and litigated cases, ensuring that all procedural and statutory deadlines are met. Draft legal documents, including claims, responses, and other case-related correspondence. Liaise with clients, solicitors, insurers, and experts to ensure the smooth progression of cases. Prepare cases for court, ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and other relevant legal guidelines. Provide legal advice and support to clients, offering high levels of client care. Keep up-to-date with relevant legal precedents, legislation, and case law. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure best practice and case progression. Minimum Requirements

c. 3 years PQE or equivalent in EL/PL litigation. Proven experience managing a full caseload independently. Strong knowledge of Employer Liability and Public Liability law and litigation processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of client care. Benefits
